I'm a middle aged woman, a wife of many years and a mother of two young men. I stayed at home to raise my sons and support my husband in his demanding career and that combined with being a woman of a certain age in North American is like wearing Harry Potter's cloak of invisibility. My blog is my place to have my say about whatever it is that interests, annoys or thrills me that week and hope that someone hears me. If not, well I'm okay with just having my say. Trying to Make it Work!
Hi All,
Just a short post to see if my email subscription gadget is working. I've been having a problem getting my posts delivered to anyone who signed up on my blog site. I've made a change and hope this will work!
Since my email gadget wasn't working when I first put the blog up you will have to go through entering your email address into the email gadget above my picture again now that it is working. Then follow the instructions. Should work then, if it doesn't let me know.

I get no emails alerting me to new blogs. But I did just click on the notify me button.
